This product is only compatible with Viva™ Pet Fountains. This includes the Viva™ 64 oz Pet Fountain, Viva™ 64 oz Stainless Steel Pet Fountain and Viva™ 140 oz Pet Fountain.

Place the foam filter around the faceplate of the pump inside the pump housing. The foam filter may be a tight fit inside the pump housing, but that is normal and will help keep the pump in place. Refer to the quick start guide for visual assistance.
