Designed from the outset as an all-in-one, ready to go package; this little semi-scale model is sure to please both the complete novice and the experienced RC pilot looking to scratch that flying itch when doing it with a conventional model just isn’t possible.

Made from super-tough EPP foam, our 320mm span J3 Cub requires no assembly prior to flight and can be flown indoors or outside on calm days and is sure to turn heads with its eye-catching Cub yellow paint scheme.

Conventional control surfaces are not needed on this model as directional control is achieved by clever mixing of the 2 7mm brushed motors (the central scale propeller is not powered) that is done by the internal PCB. This allows the use of a simple 2 channel 2.4GHz transmitter that doubles up as the charger for the internal single cell 150mAh LiPoly battery which gives over 10 minutes of flying time on each charge.

The FX-803 Cub is the ideal model to take to the local sports hall for indoor flying sessions as well as for a great “quick fix” in the local park and to take away on holiday. For bangs per buck it really can’t be beaten!
