Description
The albino corydoras is a unique form of corydoras with a lack of pigmentation. This means their body is mainly white. Corydoras catfish are popular amongst aquarists due to their calm temperaments and unique appearance and personalities. They are great peaceful tank mates for many tropical species, are easy to breed, and helpful as a clean-up crew.
Features of Albino Corydoras:
- Short faces, armored bodies with barbels or whiskers around their mouths
- Being albino, this fish lacks colour pigmentation and has a white body
- Corydoras catfish are bottom-dwelling fish that spend a lot of time hiding in caves or digging in the substrate
- Best kept in groups of 6 or more
- Grows up to 5-7cm
Corydoras will eat anything small or soft enough to fit in their mouths. Feed a quality flake, granule, sinking pellet or wafer. You can feed them, frozen bloodworms, sinking pellets and Nutrafin Max bottom-feeder tablets.
