Description
The most popular double tailed goldfish variety, ideal for unheated bowls and aquariums, also often kept in garden ponds.
Goldfish thrive in cool freshwater conditions, preferring temperatures between 18°C and 23°C and a neutral pH range of 6.5 to 7.5.
Size and Lifespan
Some species of goldfish can grow up to 30–35 cm in length if provided with adequate space and optimal water conditions. Lifespan ranges from 10 to 20 years, with some individuals living longer in well-maintained outdoor ponds.
